Inlist the full potential of our team. Remote consultations will address complex issues and utilize the full extent of our resources to quickly fix your quality issues and determine if additional resources are necessary. These service are available 24/7 and charged on a flat rate per incident.

Our inspectors are trained extensively on defect detection methods. Held to high standards, they are incentivized through pay increases based on performance and a teired system of advancement internally which provides employees the opportunity to grow within and Sigma Service the ability to retain the best employees.

Residents & Liaisons
Our resident engineers, along with quality liaisons, can be placed at OEMs to help mitigate quality issues. They work to establish containments, collaborate with the OEM to determine liability, and address false complaint reports and PPM (Parts Per Million) to ensure consistent quality control.

Quality Engineer
Sigma Services offers professional and experienced quality engineers who will use six sigma quality methodologies to analyze, improve, and control quality issues causing problems in your value stream. Our QE’s will assist in, or steer, the problem management process for our clients on a ticket-based payment method.
